Detectives found child porn on state worker`s phone. Lawyers say cops crossed the line.

When detectives turned up to search a Palm Beach County elections worker`s office computer, he insisted, `I`m not a child pornographer.` Investigators grabbed his phone, which contained 174 images of children as young as infants being sexually abused. Lawyers want the phone evidence thrown out because it was seized without a warrant.
